The product was great, and they were quick to answer my questions.
The problem is they forgot to place my order and have it shipped out. I placed the order on November 21, but received no shipping update until I emailed them about the order around the first week of December. After that, I received the shipping update and it arrived about one week later.
Overall, I say they are a good company; it would have been nice if they hadn't forgotten about my order.

I must say, that this drive is exceptional. I've taken some fantastic shots and some impressive movies. The speed and space is outstanding. This is a nice high capacity memory card that I just put in my camera and forget it. I don't take the card out unless I am using a card reader orprinter, which I rarely do. Shipping is quick, and it was packaged well. Highly recommended
