Digital camera Review: Love it!

Got these for all three of my kids, 8,6,and 3. It was easy to add the music and the volume is perfect without the ear piece. I haven't been able to figure out how to make the song change with a shake yet. Also, some of the files I put in were apparently corrupt somehow and it eventually stopped playing. I couldn't get it to turn on anymore so I called tech support and they were friendly and helpful. After I cleared out the files and put new ones in it worked perfectly again. The Good:
The sound quality is good both through ear buds or the speaker. The SD card it easy to load with music straight from a card slot on the computer or via the USB cable. AAA battery last about a day.
The Bad:
I bought this for my handicapped daughter who has trouble with small buttons and labels. A large on/off button and shaking to change songs looked ideal, but.... To change songs you actually have to hold in the on/off button and then shake. It's hard for me. Sometimes instead of changing songs it turns off, other times it does nothing. You can change songs by turning the bottom ring but if you're a bit clumsy to begin with its easy to remove the bottom cover at the same time. Fortunately the cover is tethered by a short string so it doesn't get lost.
Conclusion:
It's easier to use than an iPod shuffle because of it's larger size and a replaceable battery rather than a USB recharger, but not as easy as advertised.

I bought this for my 1 yr old daughter who loves music... she doesn't really know how to use it, but she knows that if she presses the button, the music pauses. She absolutely loves it. Not only the music that comes out of it, but the fact that she can chew on it too. I thought this thing was going to break right away with her slobbering all over it, but it hasn't!!!
My husband and I also love it. It's nice to have portable music that you can listen to without earphones. The speaker is loud enough in a closed room, but if you're outdoors it won't be that loud, which is okay since we don't like to disturb others with loud music.
Digital camera Review: Perfect for what I needed it for

I bought this for my 4 year old son who loves music.
The package says it's not for children younger than 8, but my son loves it. He has no problem with the controls, and is careful not to drop it or get it wet. It is his favorite possession.
My only complaint is that the battery wears out pretty quickly (maybe this is partially due to him using it constantly), but we bought rechargable batteries for it, and it's no longer a problem.
It would be nice to be able to select a song rather than just playing it as a list and having to skip through, but at least it picks up where it left off when you turn it on and off.
For the price, it can't be beat.
