This card reader is great. I originally looked for a reader that can read XD card and I found this one. This reader not only read XD but also SD and three other types that I do not use since I do not have them. It read fast and also it has its own software program that automatically popup when you plug this reader to the computer. So you can use regular window popup to read your card or the software that comes with it.Digital camera Review: Helps save upload time

This is the first card reader I have used. Had some difficulties installing it, had to go online to get FAQ's regarding install issues using XP. The directions provided with reader leave something to be desired, Sandisk needs to improve A LOT!!
Overall, once issues resolved, I am happy. It does the job and the price wasn't that bad.

I like this scan disk memory card reader. All I had to do was plug it into the USB hub and start transfering my pictures to my laptop. I have not used the writer function of it yet, but I am sure that it will work just as good when I need to use it for that purpose.Digital camera Review: I own several of these.

I USED TO READ AND WRITE EVERY MEMORY CARD FROM MY FRIENDS AND IT'S WORKING WITHOUT CONNECTING ANY USB DATA CABLE (DIGITAL CAMERA OR PDA CELL). I'M HAPPY WITH THE STUFF AND THANK YOU!
