With this card in my new Canon camera, I can take 1800 pictures even if I am taking pictures at the highest resolution. I'll never have the problem of needing to download in the middle of a project or vacation again. I can also use this new card in my card reader instead of hooking my camera up to download every time. I got this card with my Canon 860IS/870IS. At the highest image quality settings, this cards holds 1500+ pictures. This should be enough for most of my less than 1 week trips.
The downside is that this card is not very fast, but at this price point, it's hard to beat.

I bought this to use with a Pentax K100D Super digital SLR camera. At the middle range quality setting, it holds about 2,000 pictures! At the lowest, almost 9,000!
