Very easy to follow the directions. Mount works great and I saved alot of money over buying from local store. The mount was just exactly what I wanted for mounting my first "on wall" HDTV. (Previously I've always just used the stands) I've mounted a 55" LG 55LD520 and it worked great. I would recommend this mount to anyone that wants a good quality, solid, wall mount with a tilt function.
The directions were a bit lacking in ease of use, etc, but you can make do easy enough.

Don't bother reading or looking at the instructions...because they're garbage. Basically there are just a few pictures of what you're supposed to do and about 3 different applications of the pictures. We decided to replace our TV at our lake cabin and also bought a wall mount to save some valuable floor space. We decided on the Sanus VMPL50B VisionMount Tilting Mount for 30"-56" HDTV sets. I installed the Sanus wall mount using thier four supplied lag screws to the 16" center studs following the easy to follow instructions included with all the needed parts for the installation. I then installed the bracket that was supplied to the back of the TV and then mounted the Panasonic TC-P42G10 Viera Plasma HDTV to the wall mount and slid the HDTV about 5" off center to the right as to center the TV on the wall. The wall mount is still hidden behind the TV even after being off-set by the 5". Then I installed the two locking screws and locked down the the TV mount to the wall mount to keep the TV from sliding from side to side. Then tilted the TV down so that the viewers could look at the TV which was centered with their field of vision. We are very happy with this Sanus Tilting Wall Mount as it is well built with easy to follow instructions and supplied with all needed parts whether you install the unit into wood wall studs of ether 16" or 24" centers or to concrete cinder blocks.Digital camera Review: Easy to do it.

This is made for the handy man to install. Read the instructions gather the tools finnished in 1/2 hr. Works great.
