Digital camera Review: A must-buy rechargeable battery

We own two Canon cameras. The older requires 4 AA batteries and the newer 2 AA batteries. Both cameras share one fault, if you can call it that. They seem premature in announcing the need to replace the batteries. Having always used rechargeable Eveready or others, the cameras would ofter choke on a freshly charged set. While researching this camera problem, I read rave reviews about the Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable battery.
The Eneloops are amazing. They have solved years-old frustration. Do not hesitate to purchase this product.

I purchased a set of Eneloop AAs for use in a new Flip UltraHD video camera, and they are so superior to the batteries that came with the camera I will now use nothing else. I can't comment on the technical aspects of the Eneloops as some knowledgeable reviewers have done, but in my practical applications to date these are superior to other rechargeables, and a lot easier than carrying a bag of standard AAs on a trip (and feeling guilty about disposing of them).Digital camera Review: AMAZINn

I had a job the day I got the batteries, so I took them with
me as back-ups without charging them. I actually had to use them
and they worked great. I took 100 pictures with flash and
they were fine without even charging them. Now I have another job
so I wanted to kill the batteries so I can fully charge
it 900 PICTURES later and they just won't fricken die!!!!
All these pictures were taken with flash. I haven't even
charged them and I'm trying to kill them first...

I purchased these batteries specifically for my Canon PowerShot A570 IS and they work perfectly. That camera is finicky about battery amperage. It shows a low battery indicator and will shut down as if the batteries are dead after just a couple pictures with standard and other NiMH AA batteries I have tried. I was about to return the camera but these batteries saved the day. I have been using them consistently for over 2 months without any performance issues.Digital camera Review: Amazing batteries

We purchased the Eneloop to use in our digital camera for our 10 day trip to Florida including the Everglades. We took over a 100 pictures and several video clips. The batteries are still going strong. We did not have to recharge the batteries during our trip.
