Digital camera reviews of Sanyo Eneloop AA NiMH Pre-Charged Rechargable Batteries with Charger - 4 PackDigital camera Review: Awesome rechargeables Summary: 5 Stars
These batteries are sold with the assurance that they will retain their charge at 80% for a year and they deliver. I use them in my digital camera and it eats batteries alive. But, the eneloops have tamed the beast.
100 % recommendation.

Digital camera Review: BEST BATTERIES! Summary: 5 Stars
These are the very BEST rechargeable batteries (as of this posting) that you can buy!
They come "charged" from the factory... which means, they will HOLD their charge-- FOR A YEAR!
Read all the info, then get THESE batteries the next time you buy.
Enough said.
Digital camera Review: Batteries are dead after 6 months use Summary: 1 Stars
Left 4 Sanyo Eneloop batteries in my Nikon SB600 flash for 6 months, based on excellent reviews and ads of "keeping charge". 3 out of 4 batteries are now totally "dead", are showing "null" when inserted in La Crosse charger!
I have also way cheaper CTA 2700mA batteries, they are keeping charge for over 1 year already and NONE of 8 similar batteries is dead
Digital camera Review: Batteries great, charger broke in Europe Summary: 3 Stars
The batteries really do hold their power for a long time, and rarely need recharging. My camera has signifcant zoom and video capabilities, and that can drain them a little more quickly (especially the video).
The charger did not work in Europe in my converter, although my cellphone & laptop had no problems. I bought a European charger, and the batteries took that charge just fine. Now back in the US, the original charger doesnt work at all. It had worked fine in the US before the trip.
When I bought this, I thought it came with an adapter or was "universal". It did not, and it is not. So if you travel outside the US, be prepared to get another charger.
Hope this helps!
