I was very pleased with this FM transmitter for my Sansa Fuze MP3 player -- based on about one week of use thus far, I have absolutely no complaints. I thought about dropping one star for the sound quality, but that's probably due to the quality of FM as opposed to anything directly attributable to the device itself. One BIG plus, though, was the customer service from Satechi -- it was SUPERB. The product that I had originally ordered was shown as having been shipped to my house on Good Friday...though I never received it. Whether it was delivered to the wrong address or was stolen I will most likely never know. However, after discussing the situation with Satechi, they shipped me a new unit ( to a different, more secure address ) and they did so at no expense to me. I can't say enough about their customer service...and if I know of anyone else in need of an MP3 adapter such as this I will most certainly recommend them. Kudos, Satechi !
