I have watched this DVD many times. I put it on when I am washing dishes or performing other mindless tasks. It is helpful for me to repeat the information so that I can use the features quickly and not have to refer to a book every time I want to take a long exposure photo, backlit photo or other infrequent photo op. I have three other Nikon School DVDs and I watch them in the same manner. The information provided is basic but helpful. The knowledge I gained from this (and other Nikon School DVDs) gave me the confidence to take an intermediate photography course. That makes it a inexpensive motivational tool! Knowledge is power...
