Digital camera Review: Promises a lot, but has yet to fully deliver on that promise

The unit's specs and the marketing communications cited by retailers promise a superior experience with lots of interesting capabilities. However, I have had to return one unit and the second one exhibits the same problems: (A) my voice is audible in my ear so loudly and with a slight delay that it is very distracting when I speak. And (B) there is a lot of clicking -- every few seconds -- during a call. SennheiserUSA Support has not responded to two e-mails sent from their support website and three voice-mail messages (seems to be impossible to get to a live body when you call; seems that you have to leave a message and hope for a callback). At any rate it is impossible for me to determine whether this is due to my having received another defective unit or if these issues are inherent in the unit's design. I hope they will respond with a solution to these issues, as the promised performance is extremely appealing. However, for now, Caveat Emptor; "let the buyer beware.Digital camera Review: Quality

But I forget to by the phone lifter.It is used for the landline to answer remoutly without lifting the phone

I bought this wireless headset to use with Dragon Naturally Speaking voice recognition software as this was the only wireless headset they recommended with a 5 star rating. However, the wired headset I have gives better accuracy. Set is very well made. Long battery life. Headset doesn't charge in base station, and fails to pair with my Droid--although the Droid is set for correct password. (Does pair with my laptop, so it's not a completely defective unit.) This was a huge disappointment. Having gone through about 5 high end bluetooth devices in the past year and not being able to tolerate cramming plastic ear buds into my ear, I had high hopes. I wanted to use this for both voice recognition as well as wireless for my cell and my VOIP phone in my office.
It worked great on the office phone and was extremely comfortable. However, there was a problem picking up the line from the handset or speaker phone.
On the cell phone it was absolutely useless. Every other word would cut out. No one could understand what I was saying. Just utterly useless. I went back to my jawbone for cell usage.
Even bluetooth for PCs for voice recognition was spotty. On my desktop it would not even meet the minimum quality for DNS. However, it worked great on my laptop.
Sadly, just spotty all around.
