it's tru the bass is a bit lacking, it won't rattle the headphones off of your head but I feel it's a fair compromise given the clarity of the highs and mid range. that's why your getting this headset, not because you want thumping bass but because you want to be able to distinguish your vent convo over every shot and explosion no matter what. this is by far the most comfortable headset I've ever had. I had been looking for a new headset for a long while. I've used Logitech, Plantronics and no-name brands over the years. I've always struggled with trying to find a headset that was comfortable to wear for hours on end (I wear glasses plus play games for long stretches) that also had excellent sound quality both for me and from the mic.
Until I bought the PC350s, I had yet to find a headset that would satisfy me.
They are very well made, they sound amazing, they're comfortable (although a little heavy, but not too bad).
I did not buy mine from [...], since I was able to find it elsewhere for nearly $[...] less. I did have to wait nearly 3 weeks to get them, though, since they are so new.

I am not kidding when I can say I've gone through about 12 heatsets before I came to this one. This is the 2nd most expensive one I've tried.
ALL the other ones have broken.
This is a quality build and well worth the investment.
My only "WTF" moment with these is the fact that the inline volume control only REDUCES the volume, it doesn't even come close to actually turning it off! What? *shrug*

Pros: Great quality headset. I still can't believe this headset is 2.1 because it sounds like some of my 5.1 headsets that cost around the same price. They are very comfortable and the mic is outstanding. Also the headset is made of good quality materials. I have had no issues with the headset since I purchased them a while ago.
Cons: My only con is the cord. My cord is completely twisted and basically ruined. It hasn't affected the sound quality but a twisted cord that is in a mess is down right annoying. I wish they would have just put cloth or some other material around the cord so it didn't twist itself up.
Conclusion: buy these because they are worth every penny.
