I ordered these on Amazon for about 37.00 (including ship!) & they are way worth the money! I am enjoying all my CDs more than ever before! In combination with a Sony Psyc D-EJ100 CD portable player, I am almost constantly plugged in! These lightweight headphones are very comfortable (I wear glasses & have multiple ear piercings)! Save yourself some money& get these instead of the more expensive pairs unless you really want to get fancier looking or heavier weight headphones that make your ears sweat!Digital camera Review: Absence makes the ears grow fonder

After 3 years of 8 hours a day of use, my PX 100 headphones finally gave up the ghost. I resorted back to my ipods earbuds. After a day of using the earbuds, I was here at Amazon ordering a new pair of PX 100 headphones. In the week it took to receive the new headphones, my music just wasn't the same. I bought these primarily to replace the dinky iPod headphones. Listening to music on these is like a whole new experience, the sound becomes so textured and nuances are more audible, plus the bass is strong but not overpowering. They fold up nicely for portability, too, although it takes a little time to get them into the case. Still a nice feature.
These headphones are so good that when I broke my first pair I bought them again. Can't live without them.

I'm extremely happy with the sound quality of these headphones (probably I wouldn't appreciate much better), and the price is fabulous. I use them with my laptop and iPod, listening to a variety of classical and popular music, and have found them excellent across the board.
As others have said, the fold-up procedure is a little cumbersome at first, but it's more than worth it to keep the headphones protected in the case when not being used.

I bought these after reading the reviews on everything from Bose to the cheap brands and bought these. I am now listening to different genres of music. With songs with only a little bass in them-the headphones distorted the songs to the point that I had to turn down the volume and it's only on 40%.
