Digital camera reviews of Sharp SPC364 Atomic LCD Bedside Alarm Clock (Silver)Digital camera Review: Its OK, I guess. Summary: 3 Stars
I received the clock as a gift from my now deceased grandmother so I won't toss it out but the number one, so the clock can show 10, 11 or 12, faded out almost immediately; the backlight is worthless and it rarely connects to the atomic clock to update the time. I guess it was worth the $12 she spent.
Digital camera Review: Keeps accurate time, looks good, but very hard to adjust Summary: 3 Stars
I was given this clock by someone who didn't want it any more. It definitely keeps accurate time. It looks good and doesn't take up much space in my office, where I have it on my desk near my computer monitor.
I don't ever use this clock as an alarm clock, so I can't comment on that particular feature.
I'd give this clock a rating of 4 or 5 except for the one problem that several people have commented on: This clock is without a doubt very difficult to set and adjust. Don't believe me? Can't see how anyone should have trouble setting a clock? Have a look at the reviews where the authors have written how to adjust some setting. Someone else posted images here at Amazon of the instructions that come with the clock. Search the web for keywords like [spc364 sharp clock adjust] and see how many people are trying to find out how to adjust some setting on this clock.
Believe me, when you have all these people trying to find out how to adjust one setting or another on a clock, this should tell you that the user interface design for this clock is poor.
(I happen to get periodic practice adjusting my clock's settings, since every few months my granddaughter plays with the clock by pressing all the buttons on the back ;^)
Digital camera Review: Location for Directions Summary: 3 Stars
The directions for this clock are available online at spc364 dot com
I had problems finding them anywhere else.
It is a nice little clock, but the interface is very hard to figure out. I had to read the directions.

Digital camera Review: Nice little clock Summary: 4 Stars
I bought this clock to sit on my bathroom counter to keep me on time in the morning. I have taken it on camping trips and do agree that the little amount of backlight it puts out is disappointing. I live in Michigan and have had no trouble getting the clock to set to the right time. I use it to set the rest of the clocks in my house by. I did recently drop it and the battery came out causing it to have to reset and I could not find the directions anywhere, of course. I had to get online to figure out how to get it back to my time zone. If you do purchase this clock be sure to keep the directions. For use as a bathroom clock it works just fine.
