Digital camera Review: Wish I still had the receipt
Summary: 1 Stars

I second all the negative things people have written here, with a few of my own to add. The snooze alarm, when I remember to make sure it's on (seriously -- you have to SET a snooze function???), only goes off twice, then the alarm (a very quiet one at that) is off for good. Fortunately for us, we have two very small children who wake us up before 7 each and every morning. Otherwise, my husband would be later for work than he already is. The beeping with EVERY function is so annoying, and even though we can't manage to set the stupid thing without instructions (thank you to the person who posted them -- our kids managed to hide and/or destroy them), our kids manage to screw up the clock several times a week (usually changing time zones or putting it in 24-hour mode, though this morning they somehow froze it, but changing the battery fixed that). The background lighting works but you can read the display only if you're looking down at it, and if you're lying down at night you're probably level with it or looking UP at it, so it's unreadable until you point it down (hardly intuitive when you're barely awake). What I DO like, though, is that it's small/lightweight, so when I remember, I can move it out of the kids' reach. I also like that it's attractive and accurate, but I'd like to think there are MANY other clocks out there that can say the same thing. I can't believe Sharp is still making this after at least two years of the same flaws (judging by the reviews on here). Skip this clock and buy something better. I still may take it back to Wal-Mart and see if I can exchange it for something worth my hard-earned $10...

Digital camera Review: Works fine but impossible to figure out
Summary: 3 Stars

I agree with the person who said it is impossible to figure out w/o the manual. I did lose it and I couldn't believe my luck to find that this person had thoughtfully placed the directions in his/her review. Thanks! I somehow got it off my timezone and could't get back. Otherwise it works fine. I have had it for two years. I like the smallness and dim light for my purposes. But I can see why those who use it as an alarm would find it less than great.

Digital camera Review: Works fine...in some places
Summary: 4 Stars

At my house, this clock picks up the radio signal just fine. At my office (where I use it) it doesn't pick up the signal at all, reducing it to a simple quartz clock.

Digital camera Review: You need a flashlight to read it
Summary: 1 Stars

Setting it is not intuitive and it is easy to accidentally touch a button and throw some setting off.
The time is nearly impossible to see at any angle even when I hit the snooze button to activate the weak backlight.

Digital camera Review: atomic my runp!
Summary: 1 Stars

This cute little alarm clock is just that...cute...nothing else...I set it and got military time (it set itself to that) and when I set the alarm, good thing I woke up and looked at the clock, as it never went off...
Will buy something else...this is a disaster...a CUTE disaster...
