Digital camera reviews of Shure E2c Sound Isolating Earphones

Digital camera Review: Amazing quality and Works as advertised. A+
Summary: 5 Stars

I was hesitant at first, but after I finally bought these I was totally amazed. The concept of noise cancelling is great, but in reality nothign measures up. Never found a pair that worked.

Well, whats wrong with the concept of shoving $5 gaskets in your ear canal to seal it shut? Nothing. It works MUCH better. I can barely hear the blender with my music on. Shure is on top of their game. Yeah, a few earphones come eith ear fittings nowadays, but the main thing you are looking for is sound quality and separation. These sound AWESOME! In fact, its weird at first because music has never been so clear. Their sound-tube in your ear canal and rubbe rgasket model is definitely a winner.

PROS

- Sound quality/clarity is excellent! So crystal clear. I've never heard music like this.
- Durable
- The hard carry-case is very strong
- Loud if you need them to be
-

CONS
- None really.
- Takes some time to get used to putting them in and adjusting angles.

Digital camera Review: Amazing sound from such a small package
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased these headphones because I had read so many good things about them. I ride a motorcycle and wanted something that sounded great on the road. These earbuds are light years ahead of the very uncomfortable normal earbuds that hardly fit in your ear at all. The sound is great, yes, no BOOMING bass, but enough to keep me happy, very alive sound, blocks everything else out. Well worth it, I would do it again in a second.

Digital camera Review: Amazing sound quality and noise isolation
Summary: 5 Stars

I don't know why so many people bash this product.
If you have small ear canals, simply do not purchase these earphones, as they are not for you. However, if they do fit, I highly recommend you purchase these.

The sound quality and clarity is very sharp and crisp.
I have no idea why so many people complain of a "tinny" sound. These are the best sounding earphones I have used.

The bass isn't amazing, but it's reasonable.
When I adjust my equalizer to "bass booster" it fixes the problem.

All in all, a great product, very worth the money.

Digital camera Review: Amazing!
Summary: 5 Stars

I was looking for some earphones and a friend told me about these. And wow, he was right. I find them to be very comfortable in the ear and they sound excellent. As far as blocking out the sound they do a good job, while on a plane all I could hear was a slight rumble from the engine. Highly recommended!

Digital camera Review: Amazing, if you know what good sound, sounds like
Summary: 5 Stars

Though some reviews have said that these headphones are,"Overpriced, Weak Bass, Uncomfortable", they are the total opposite. The ear sleeves may take some getting used to, however, when the burn-in period is over, and when one gets used to the fit, these headphones will blow you away. I've tried numerous audiophile-quality headphones before stumbling over the Shure E2C's---Sony MDR-V700DJ, Sony MDR-V600, MDR-V500DJ Sennhesier HD580, Sennheiser HD280, Sennheiser HD550, Sony Nude's, and many, many more. Though my MDR-V700's were, undoubtedly amazing, they were quite bulky, and the impedence was too high to be powered by a portable device. The Shure's on the other hand reproduce sound extremely well. The the mids and bass is strong and clear, and the highs are not piercing. In addition they are built extremely well, and I am confident that they will last me for a very long time. They are well worth $100.

Now, let me address some complaints. the comment that the bass is "weak" is an uneducated comment. Currently, when bass is mentioned we seem to think that it has to be felt. But headphones are about HEARING, not FEELING. True, they are not like strapping a pair of 12in subs to your ear, but the bass in headphones is not defined by whether the headphones can move your head back and forth while listening to music. Rather, bass refers to an actual bass. Yes, as in the guitar. Though these headphones do a mediocre job at reproducing SYNTHETIC bass, it does a phenominal job at reproducing actual bass. Pick up any classic rock, or jazz. You'll see what I mean. Moving on...the flex sleeves do take some getting used to. I recommend using the foam sleeves first then moving unto the silicone flex sleeves. In addition, the sound quality is also dependent on the quality of the mp3 or source where you have plugged in your headphones.

One more tip: do not be led on by uneducated reviews. These headphones do not disappoint.
