The product itself is wonderful. I couldn't ask for more out of my 100 bucks. I used the bose in-ear ones before but then they broke so I went and tried shure. they are AWESOME! The midtones are well balance and the bass is just right w/o tweaking the eq that much. As far as shipping goes, it took 10 days to get to me (east to west coast) so it was a little irritating that it took that long.
