When I bought my Olympus Camedia, the 16MB SmartMedia Card that came with it was not big enough to take the number of pictures that I really wanted. So this SimpleTech 128MB Smart Media Card was actually pretty cool. I got to snap as many pictures without having to scan through them right away to save or open up more space for additional pics. I would highly recommend this SimpleTech 128MB Smart Media Card for amateur and advanced photographers as well. ...ORamos1973
