We ordered the system for our granddaughter's ninth birthday. We could not be more pleased with it. The price was less than what we had expected to buy and the quality was excellent.
Within minutes of opening her package, our granddaughter was able to hook up the system to her TV and was singing along with the music. To say we are pleased with the system is an understatement.

The SMG137 is a great way to add some karaoke fun to your life, with playback of both CD and CD+G discs. It's a breeze to set up and control, and thanks to the wood cabinet, it sounds great too--great for just listening to your favorite CDs when you don't feel like singing along.
Two Microphone Inputs
Perform a duet by connecting two microphones (one is included). Volume and echo controls let you dial in just the right sound.
Video Output for TV Connection
When playing back CD+G discs (karaoke CDs with graphics of the lyrics included) the SMG137 will display the lyrics with the tempo of music on your TV.
Auto Voice and Balance Controls
Auto Voice control lets you replace the original singer's voice with your own voice when any prerecorded, multiplex karaoke disc is played, and the Balance control lets you adjust the balance between the prerecorded original singer's voice and the music when using a multiplex karaoke disc. Leaving in the original singer is handy for learning new tunes or sparking your memory.
Built-in Echo
Enrich your voice with the built-in echo effect, which gives you anything from a little spice to a concert hall effect.
Auxiliary Output Jacks
If you'd like to bypass the SMG137's built-in speaker, these allow you to connect to an external device, such as a stereo or PA system.
