Digital camera reviews of Skullcandy INK'D Earbuds (Dark Grey)

Digital camera Review: Great bass and sound!
Summary: 5 Stars

I recently bought these and some Jbuds J2's, and I would have to say that these have better bass than the J2's (the bass is what sets these apart from the J2's the most). The highs are also a more clear, yet it seems like the vocals are a little less clear, or maybe drowned out by the bass. Definitely comfortable, but the J2's are more comfortable. Overall, good bass, sound, confortability, and low's and ok highs.

Digital camera Review: Great but not perfect.
Summary: 5 Stars

These are my second earbuds and although they are not as comfortable, or have as smooth a sound quality as my Sony MDR's before they broke, they defiantly have a distinct style, and a louder volume for only half the price.

Digital camera Review: Great earbuds
Summary: 5 Stars

These headphones are incredibly durable for its price (10 bucks two years ago). My pair worked for over a year even though I used them intensively for almost every waking hour. In other words, they can last forever if you keep them in a case and don't fold them for storage.

The sound is great for earbuds of this price range. For 10 bucks, it doesn't get any better than this. The bass is booming, and the treble is sharp. People who experience a tinny sound are probably wearing them incorrectly. This shouldn't be an issue since Skullcandy provides you with 3 different tip sizes. I've also listened to these buds in subway cars and on platforms near buskers and the noise isolation is pretty good, but obviously not as good as active noise cancellation.

One issue with these headphones is that the noise caused by jiggle is transferred into the earbuds. However, I didn't find them particularly intrusive since I kept most of the wire tangled in a side pocket and just enough wire exposed so that it didn't hit my chest as I walked.

Overall, I highly recommend these earbuds if you're looking for cheap, long-lasting headphones with great sound.

Digital camera Review: Great earbuds
Summary: 5 Stars

These earbuds are great for any music with big bass. I spent months testing the limits of them with the custom EQ setting on my mp3 player. IO found the limits, and took my mp3 player to my church, and hooked it up to the sound system in our youth room. Turns out Ink'd can handle far more bass without rattling out of their housings than many loudspeakers.
However, I would only suggest going running with these if you thread them up through your shirt.
I would also suggest using the smallest sleeves if the insides of your ears are sensitive

Digital camera Review: Great fit horrible sound, you get what you pay for.
Summary: 2 Stars

I bought these as a replacement for the stock iPhone headphones, and am very disappointed with the sound that these make. There is very little bass, and are very quiet until turned all the way up.
I suggest spending a bit more to get a better product.
