Excellent lightweight tripod. The ball head allows for smooth adjustment to horizontal or vertical orientation. The leg locks are solid. It is compact making it easy to carry. I use it with my LX3 and have added a quick releasr for convenience.Digital camera Review: Simple, inespensive, good.

I bought this for my smaller Velbon (sorry ;-) tripod, and it works perfectly!
The only reason it gets 4-stars is due to the canvas tearing, but that may be due to me???
Other than that, it is a good buy.

The tripod I ordered did not fit into the case that you recommended which added unnecessary cost to the product and some disappointment. Too much of a hassle to return so I am just eating the cost. You should take more care in recommending ancillary product such as a Slik case for a larger non-Slik tripod.
