I bought this on thanksgiving from Amazon and it arrived as per the estimated delivery. I already have a smartparts 8" frame and the experience I had with smartparts was good after one and half years and it inspired me to get another for my parents in India.
It looks great and big. Picture quality is as good as seeing them in a computer. Video display quality is good too. Multiple picture viewing and timer features are great.
The only reason I gave it a 4 rating is that it does not have the ability to display photos randomly. My older frame has it and it always feels good, not to know which pic you are going to see next.
Difference between my SPDPF84M and this SP104C could be clearly seen. This definitely has great quality.
Whether it will work for India voltage after using the converter or not is yet to be tested. I will update once its checked.

Nice solid frame, but it's driving my husband nuts trying to figure out how to load the pics. And he's got a career in technology. We use the smartparts frames when we are on location to display our event photography. Clients love to see their photos so quickly and potential clients see photos and then order them quicker. This product works great in situations where we can't use projector screens to display our work. We also give these frames to our high end clients with their favorite photographs. The frames are displayed in lobbies and welcome areas in offices. Portrait clients love the ability to freeze a photo or have the images rotate. I thought this frame was very simple to use. Getting the pictures on with the smartparts software was very fast. And downloading the software took 2 minutes. I gave it 4 stars because the instructions could have been a little more detailed but it was pretty simple to figure out.Digital camera Review: Love the frame
