I have purchased two of these frames now. They are nice looking frames and they have a great picture. Nice to have some internal memory. The operation manual is not very well written and it could have more detail. Once I figured out that all the programing is done with the remote, I had no problems. I have not loaded any music or movies yet so I can't tell you about that. I got one of these for my wife last year, incomprehensible directions taking hours to sort out, pictures change too fast, broke within 8 months. This may be a product of a defunct company as no email or phone number for support or information works!!! Buying this frame is a very bad idea since it has several software problems that you need support on. I compared digital frames by price, performance and consumer reviews which resutlting in my purchasing the Smartparts 10 inch frame and I am not dissapointed. It produces a high quality picture and was very easy to load photos from my camera. Slide show functions beautifully. I have not tried to load music nor connect to the computer and have no opinion of how that will work. I bought this for my wife, loaded the pictures and wrapped it. She is very delighted with the product. The only negative is the lack of instructions, but I did get it to function without much difficulty.
