The frame is actually very nice. Although, it said it was supposed to come with software--- it did not. (this was a Christmas gift) It took 3 weeks to actually get this resolved. I emailed numerous times for help--- hoping it was going to be an easy fix to be able to get pictures to download from the computer, with still no real answers to help me. I called 2 times the 1-888.....number, to be left on hold for 35 minutes and finally the last phone call they helped me download the software right over the computer. My mother is very pleased with the frame, and clarity. I just wish it was easier to get the pictures on it than it did.
