I was skeptical about getting this frame as a Christmas present for my Aunt and Uncle after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I think the bad reviews came from people who didn't follow the instructions carefully.
My Aunt and Uncle are not technological efficient and even they found it easy to use and they love it. This is a great digital frame for the price.

Bought this on Black Friday and for the price you can't beat it. Easy to use (enough for me to show my mom) and pretty much plug and play. I purchased this as a gift for family and was pleased to see that looked very good. The only thing I don't much like about any of the digital picture frames is that they tend to be a bit difficult to set up. Ok, here is the deal. If you are looking for a high def picture frame that is ultra realistic dont read any further.. this isnt it. HOWEVER.. if you are like me and looking for a great gift for grandparents who are always asking for more and more photos of the kids, then this is the thing. My mother has good eyesight, but not excellent and being used to standard photos she could not see a difference at all in this. Plus we were able to put ALL the photos on a 2 gig SD card so she got 998 pictures in one! I recommend this for the price and the performance as an entry level photo frame for older people or students who are interested in quick snapshot quality and not portrait quality.
Pros: Ease of use, plug and play!
Easy to load SD Card or internal storage
No need to use their software.. you can cut and paste JPEG files straight to card and insert card.. voila
No menus to learn for non-technical grandparents, etc.
Cons: Picture quality is not great (not bad either)
Claims to autorotate but doesnt; so some pictures are sideways.. you can fix this when you put them on the card if you want.
Internal memory without SD card is limited to about 30 pictures
Uses stand on table, doesnt hang on wall very well (no mounting holes)
