If you are looking for a ready made system to organize a bunch of CD's in, then this probably isn't for you. I guess I should have investigated more as I was looking for a cheap solution to organize and store a bunch of CD's- this is just a box with a central divider. It does not come with dividers between the CD's that you can label - you will have to buy those separately. Not much of a step up from the shoe box I was using!Digital camera Review: It's okay. All I needed was a CD box to put my CDs in and put them into storage to get them out of my way, so this works fine.
The construction is fine for long-term, minimal-use storage. Just be sure to hold the bottom and keep it square when moving with a lot of CDs, or it will rotate and the torsional stress will unsnap things. The middle divider is especially flimsy and disappointing. The cover fits, but it's not a smooth operation putting it on - take a bit of wrestling.
I wouldn't want to use this box if I were to be pulling CDs in and out all the time, but to get my CDs out of my sight and into the closet, it's a cheap and good-looking option.
