Digital camera reviews of SolidTek DM-L2 DigiMemo L2 8-1/2-by-11-Inch Digital NotepadDigital camera Review: As advertised Summary: 4 Stars
I purchased this product because I seem to take a lot of notes at meetings and have a hard time organizing them. The first one I received had some issues. I emailed the company about the problem, but never did get a real response. I sent the product back to amazon and was immediately sent a replacement (amazon has the best customer service I ever seen).
The second product works exactly as advertised. I've been using it daily for about the last 2 weeks. It reproduces my written notes on the computer exactly as they are on paper. The ability to edit the notes with the ACECAD provided software and save the file in PDF format has been invaluable. My only desire (not a complaint) would be wireless connectivity to the computer; the USB cable can get in the way at times.
Overall this product has turned out to be exactly what it was advertised to be. I would do it again for the same results.
Digital camera Review: Awesome Product Summary: 5 Stars
This notepad does everything it said and more. I couldn't be happier with it. I teach college mathematics and use it to write answers to daily homework and post those answers to the internet. I also use it to help online students and am able to help them in real time and they can see my writing, just as they would in the classroom. Perfect product.
Digital camera Review: DigiMemo L2 Summary: 4 Stars
The DigiMemo works very well. After a short "learning" session your handwritten notes are transposed to digital documents and saved on the computer.
Digital camera Review: DigiMemo L2 Summary: 1 Stars
I returned the product as the handwriting coversion software is not included. It is extra to purchase. So what is the point in buying it if you can't get your handwriting onto the PC.
Digital camera Review: DigiMemo L2 - issue with windows 7 desktop integration Summary: 3 Stars
I have used the product in a limited way. While I like the product for doing mostly what is advertised I am not impressed that I cannot project what is written in my desktop. I use Windows 7 and the product is supposed to be compatible, however it does not integrate at all with OneNote 2010 or any other program on my desktop. I have wasted a few hours looking through the web. The documentation is not at all that clear in this regard.
