Lightweight portable adapter / Transforms 100-220V AC power to steady 4.5V DC power / Rated Input: 100-240V ACThe Sony AC-E45A is an appropriate AC adaptor for home or while traveling abroad. The slim profile makes it a nice accessory to pack away in a small bag or backpack. Sony has made this adaptor about one-third the weight of previous models, which will make the backpack tourists very happy. With the foldable AC plug blade, the adaptor becomes a straight-lined package, further enhancing its convenient storage capability. The adaptor is worldwide voltage capable. The low waiting-power consumption is a nice energy saving feature, while the large current capacity is a plus for its wide range of uses. With the 6.5 foot cord, reaching those ill-spaced outlets is made a bit easier. The AC-E45A has a rated output of 4.5V DC and a rated input of 100-240V AC.
