This baby just WORKS. I use with Insignia Bluethooth headphones (not carried by Amazon for some reason). Within a minute of opening the package, I had the transmitter plugged into my 5th gen iPod Video, paired, and rocking and rolling. The fidelity is very good, with no noticeable cut-out in my front, back, or jacket pockets. The effective range for me is at least 30 feet. It also works through at least one obsrtucting bedroom wall. Highly recommended!
