We love this TV. It's pretty easy to use, and the picture and sound are great. I can't say how this would stack up side-by-side with another brand, but we have absolutely no complaints, and compared to the CRT it replaced, well, lets just say it's in another league! The delivery service was good - they came when they said they would and set it up in my living room. What more could I ask for.Digital camera Review: Lovin It!

I bought the samsung ln40a500 on sale and was very disappointed with the color. I purchased the sony from Amazon and I am very happy I did. First I must say that I had the white glove delivery and it was fantastic. The delivery men where courteous, neat with the unpacking in my house and willing to confirm that the product worked correctly. Now back to the tv, the picture color is much better than my samsung. Ok, so I am picky and maybe a more expensive samsung has better color than the cheaper one, but for the price the sony is the winner.
