Digital camera Review: Best budget Camera with HD support

I never expected those many features that this camera provides at such a nominal price. Its so easy to setup and I have connected the same to an HDTV with very ease. Also its 4x zoom is plus as some of the other cameras within the same price range hardly comes at 3x optical zoom. I have now purchased 2 Sony cameras but will never buy from them again.
I had this Cybershot camera, and started having problems with it after 6 months. The camera would turn on, but the picture was black. Everytime I would take a picture it would also be black. I used their tech support over the phone and two times they were able to walk me through the problem to solve it. When I asked if I would need to buy the extended warranty they said no since it was a re-occurring problem.
Now my camera is out of warranty, and they are no longer able to walk me through how to fix it over the phone. Instead they want to charge me $111 just for labor to take a look at the camera and that doesn't include a price for any parts needed. When I called customer service they said there is nothing that they could do about the problem and that I would just have to pay to have it fixed. (Not to mention I could buy a new camera for the same price off of Amazon.)
IT seems like this is now there way of making money.
I will never buy another Sony product, and I hope this doesn't happen to you. Beware, their customer service is only there to help you when it serves them, but magically they can't fix the problem over the phone anymore when it will benefit them financially not to do so.
