So far my family loves this camera, but we always love any new gadget, so I'm giving it a 4... Clear pictures, great video (see didn't even bother taking the flipvideo out of the bag), and easy to download, though waiting for something less bulky than the proprietary wires that come with the the camera. I just love this camera even though I haven't taken many pictures with it yet this is my first digital camera and I would say so far taking a picture is easy and they came out well when I learn to use the many features that come with it I am quite sure there are lots of things I will be able to do with a picture also delivery was quick
