Digital camera Review: Movie Recording Disabled

Product was ok for about a year. Just got a message that the sony handycam movie recorder is disabled and now I can't finalize the disk. Great. Just lost the last half of my son's last basketball game.
Also displeased with this camera's ability to only record 30 minutes of video at a time.
I have a friend who owns another brand mini dvd camera and he is constantly having trouble with bad discs.
Stay away from the mini dvd platform completely!
