I can't say anything about the performance of this product. I recieved it in a timely fashion, but it did not have a place to plug in any speaker wires to my surround sound so I sent it back. I'm sure it would be a good system if you just want to put it through your tv speakers. I had no problems returning the item through amazon.com
If anyone can let me know if their is a 5 disk changer out their where I can plug my surround sound speakers into, I'd appreciate it. Hate to buy the whole system with the speakers again beings I have good speakers.
