There are many foreign films, that I rented from netflix, that wouldn't play on my 9-year-old Sony because of the area coding on the disc. Now, I can play anything. This is great DVD player; it even has a zoom feature wich allows me to enlarge some of those tiny, hard-to-read credits. I'm very glad that I found this on Amazon!Digital camera Review: Very good.

Got this product a few days ago, plugged in and it played my DVDs I got from France right out of the box without any adjusting. It even remembers where I stopped the DVD up to 6 DVDs and replays them from where I stopped. It is also a good looking DVD player, and very nice image quality as well. I got this for $77 and recommend this product. All though I wish it had a USB port.Digital camera Review: Very great DVD player!

My 2 previous DVD players (Toshiba) stopped to work after a couple of months. This time I decided to switch to Sony and I am very pleased with it. The DVD is able to read all my DVDs either region 1 or region 2 and it is easy to use.
