The only reason for 4 stars is that one cannot set the alarm to ring e.g. Monday to Friday.
So you have to set it everyday AND you have to cancel it on Friday night unless you want to wake up at 7AM on a Saturday...

The continuously variable LED is wonderful. It allows for very low settings at night to allow keeping the room dark. It is a bit harder to see in the daytime if the setting is unchanged, but the adjustment is conveniently placed on the side so it is easy to adjust (I don't bother). The radio reception is fine, but the sound is a bit tinny. If you need a great sounding radio though, you won't find it at this price. Overall I am very pleased with it.Digital camera Review: Good clock, nothing special.

If you're looking for a solid alarm clock radio with big easy to read number that doesn't take much room on your nightstand this is it. Nothing super special with this clock radio but it's super solid. The only design issue is with this location of the alarm off button but in time I'll get used to that too.Digital camera Review: Good for the money
