This one has it all: flat bottom for a shelf plus top loop for hanging; digital tuning for the radio - not the cheap dial found on other models; sealed CD player; totally waterproof even under the direct shower stream; and by-the-way terrific sound.
If you want the family to be happy with the shower radio, get this model.

Live in the mountains and reception isn't always the best. Tried several less expensive shower radios with no success. After reading many reviews on many different shower radios, this was the only shower/radio/cd player I've found with good reviews, so I decided to buy it. I love it! It's nice being able to listen to the news in the morning in the shower, and the sound quality is great, totally clear. The only cons Ive found is the price, but it IS worth it, and the volume doesnt go up as high as Id like. Other than that, it's the best Ive found.Digital camera Review: GREAT radio

This shower radio FAR surpasses my expectations! I was accustomed to a cheapie shower radio that I use daily. All I wanted was something with a digital tuner. This also has a weather channel band, a TELEVSION band (great for taking a quick shower during a show you are watching, like sports) which simulcasts network television shows, and has a great sound. It's easy to use, easy to program, has a surprise CD player (which I didn't catch in the description), and sounds as good as any mini-boom box could. I bought it for the shower, but wouldn't hesitate to use it as a "regular" device.
