It's big, it's bulky and it's expensive, but as far as shower radios go it's great. Good reception on most stations (can't get my country, but I can't get that on about 50% of the radios I try). Lots of great features like presets, a clock (that's on even when the radio is off) and digital tuning. It can get very loud without losing too much quality. It does get a little squeally when turned up loud, but it's hardly noticeable. And I'm referring to LOUD, which you might not even do. We've gone through a hand full of shower radios and this is by far the king of them all. I was going to give it only 4 stars because I do think it's a little too expensive, but then none of the cheap ones ever worked right, so I guess I can't complain.Digital camera Review: Great sound easy to use

If you are searching for a good-quality, dependable cd player / clock radio for your bathroom, this one is perfect! The sound quaility is great for a small radio, and it is built to last. It's no surprise, since it's a Sony.
I have had other shower radios in the past (such as Memorex), and while they were a bit less expensive, the craftsmanship was poor and the sound was much less clear. If you are willing to pay a little extra for a Sony radio, I guarantee that you won't regret it!
