I didn't expect it to be this nice. It's volume is loud and clear. I love the TV channels for something different to listen to. Plenty of preset buttons. No problems with water so far. I would recomend.Digital camera Review: Can't live without this radio!

I have had this radio for almost two years and unfortunately it has recently started acting up (turns off by itself and won't turn back on until you take the batteries out for several hours). It wasn't until I was without it for a few days that I realized how much I love this radio. It makes getting ready in the morning so much more enjoyable because you can listen to your favorite radio stations or the morning TV shows. I have also purchased other shower radios which were impossible to tune into a clear radio station. This one is great because of its digital tuner and preset AM/FM/and TV station buttons. I often take this radio out of the shower and use it to listen to TV shows while I am working outside. When this radio eventually dies for good, I will not hestitate to replace it with another one by Sony.Digital camera Review: Defective

My unit arrived defective. After installing new batteries, it showed the no battery symbol and was hard to get to turn on. I checked the batteries and all 3 delivered over 1.5v. We own two of these, and I'd guess that one has been in service in our bathroom for almost ten years. I'm about to buy a third one for our daughter, and I'm happy that this model is still available. It's easy to turn on and off, easy to change stations, and the batteries seem to last forever. After daily use as a shower radio over a long period, the radio has held up well, with just some wear-through on the plastic panel over the OFF button. Occasionally we use it as a portable radio that we grab from the bathroom and use to monitor something on television or as a fallback option when the power is out. It's a dependable and well-designed unit; I wish I could say that about more things that I use.Digital camera Review: Died - probably from water

Worked well, but after about one year it died. I'm guessing water got into it. My daughter used it in her shower, and I'm thinking she allowed it to be directly exposed to the shower.
