Digital camera Review: Awful, Do not Buy

These earbuds are absolutely terrible. First, the wires constantly tangle. I bought these f-ing things so that I could stay motivated while exercising. But it's a real morale killer to spend about 3 or 4 minutes getting them untangled before ever getting a chance to use them. But this is assuming they are products you WANT to use. In the past I had used these earbuds while lifting weights. Under such circumstances, the experience is awful. Not only do they come out of your ears when you perform any slight movement, but since the wire is meant to hang around your head (and thus, behind your back), good luck trying to lie down or sit back against anything. AWFUL!
For the first time tonight, I decided to run with my mp3 player. Every few minutes, I had to fidget with the ear piece so the buds would stay in my ears. No one should have to endure this BS from a product that is meant to enhance their listening experience. Enough is enough. I'm getting new earbuds. DO NOT BUY THESE!

wear earphones when I work out. These earphones are terrible when I'm running or on the stairs-steppers.
- These earphones keep falling off my ears. I tried to bend so they wrapped around the ears but that didn't help. It's worse when you start sweating...they slide easier and the hooks act like moment-arms which intensified the tugging force by the hanging wire --->> leading to them being tugged out of position. Bad design and styling. Perhaps, if the hooks are bendable and stay bent then they hug the ears better??? These are bendable but they go back to original shape and don't stay bent to fit your ears.
- I tried earbuds of various sizes (shipped with earphones) -- found one size which fitted better but the earphones kept being tugged away from the ears/head.
- The hook-shaped earphones act like fishing hooks which cause them get tangled easily and hard to un-tangle.
- Sound quality was good when the ear buds are positioned properly...but that didn't last long....after a few minutes of running they get tugged out of position.
- These earphones make you look like Spock with two pointy white ears. Not that cool! ;-)
If your ears are exactly the same shape and size as these earphones then maybe they will stay on better?
I will NOT buy this type of hook-shaped earphones again!!
The next ones will be just the plain earbuds style so they can fit in the ears.

I'm surprised that Sony is the maker of this product.
They have always had high-quality products in my experience.
The sound is very low quality, even compared to a cheap
pair of standard over-the-ear headphones from Phillips
or Koss.
I've tried all the different adaptor/ear-piece sizes,
and find it impossible to get any bass sound unless
I hold the earphones with my fingers in a very very
specific position and remain motionless. And even
then the bass is weak.
The phones do not stay in place with any body motion, they
come off easily while jogging or moving of the head in any
significant way. Any moisture in the ear just makes the
earphones slide right out the ears, and the over-the-ear clip
does nothing to keep them in place.
And this is not from a lack of trying or lack of experience
on my part. I've checked with my friends who own other
in-the-ear-phones and they also cannot get a comfortable
and secure fit or a good sound response from these phones.
But since I'm past the 30 days I cannot return this item,
a waste of my money.
I recommend the old-fashioned headphones instead of these
in-the-ear ones.

I guess I have small ears. The loop that goes around the ear goes way over my ear. I admit that the earbuds themselves are great, but the loop only works if your earsize is bigger than average. I called Sony and they were no help with the problem so I returned the headphones.Digital camera Review: Believe the other reviews about fragile wires!!!!

I thought maybe the other reviews had a bad batch or something. But sure enough after a couple uses, the wires started to wear through to the copper. No good. They were comfortable and nice while they lasted though~!
