Digital camera Review: A reasonable solution to earphones that fall out.

I bought these headphones because the ones that came with my MP3 player wouldn't stay in my ears, even while sitting around doing nothing. The circlular plastic clip wraps around the back of the ear, preventing the earphone from falling out--in fact, I think it would be impossible for these to fall off your ears by accident. So, they are a good solution for me when I go running and want music to listen to. My only complaint is that the speakers do not rest close enough to your eardrum for high quality, private listening. Of course, when you are jogging/running, there is no concern for bothering other people with the sound coming from the earphones. Given the space that is between your eardrum and the earphone, you'll find that you need to jack up the volume on your MP3 player in order to hear your music. That seems to work fine. Indeed, it is probably a good thing that the earphone doesn't actually fit into the ear canal; you will hear your music as well as sounds around you, so when that pickup truck comes barrelling down the highway and the driver doesn't seem to notice that you are in his path, you can hop out of the way and never miss a verse of your favorite song.
