Vey good sound quality for the price..easy to set up. Remote is optional and components are user-friendly. The only thing I am puzzled with right now, (and I admit, I have not looked at the manual about this), is that if you put 3 cd's in and hit play beginning with cd1, you have to manually go back to unit and start cd2 and cd3 in order for them to play. This stereo is exactly what you would expect from Sony and for 100 bucks:
Pros:
Light-weight; Easy to move; 3.5 mm audio input (for your Ipod or MP3 player); good sound.
Cons:
Speakers don't attach to the stereo (3 seperate pieces, not heavy, just ackward)
I bought this stereo to have music outside for Bar-B-Ques, parties, etc and it works perfect for that.
