Great sound, definitely don't fall off the ears no matter how vigorous the workout. Only complaint is the the actual ear bud parts don't quite fit perfectly into my ears because the full-circle style of the clips make adjustment of the earbuds themselves a little tricky, but may vary with shape of your ears. I've tried many headphones for running--over the head, behind the neck, earbuds--and these are the only ones that stay put without having to constantly re-adjust or cram back into the ear. The sound is decent for running, the design still lets in ambient sound so I am alert to any trucks or dogs bearing down on me. I have only been running a couple years, but am still in searh of the perfect headphones since my ears are pretty small. Two inches tall to be exact. After reading these reviews I had hoped to have finally found the headphones for me. Didn't even get out of a quick walking warm up and they were falling off. I have glasses so I tried to put them on over them to keep them in place. No go.
