I used NPFH 100 for camcorder Sony HDR SR-11 in the trip to Japan and Cambodia and this battery normally last for a whole day. i used the camcorder since 7:30 am to 9 pm, off and on but i never experienced battery run out. sometimes at the end of the day the battery still have 2 bars left. I am highly raccommend this battery NPFH 100 if you could afford, rather then NPFH 70. because the NPFH 100 will give you a worry free of running out power.Digital camera Review: Excellent Battery

Don't buy an aftermarket battery. Get the Sony battery and you wont have any regrets. I get 436 minutes (7.26 hrs) of filming on a full charge. Playback is around 650 minutes. It was worth the $93 that I paid here on Amazon.Digital camera Review: Excellent Product, Not So Excellent Price

This battery is a life saver and really should be standard on a high end HD camcorder. We bought this so we could video our wedding and it even had power to spare at the end of the night. It is a little big, heavy, and can certainly get in the way if you are using the eyepiece (who does that anyways?). But, overall if you're looking to record more than an hour or so of material straight, your options are slim. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Isn't it illegal to sell counterfeit batteries? BUYER I just received this battery and it is OBVIOUSLY not a Sony battery. It came in a little cheesy cardboard box that looked like it had been used before. The markings on this say SONY, but it does not have the correct labeling on the back. Someone should be prosecuted for selling this stuff online! I bought mine from Click and Play. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
