Digital camera Review: A good replacement for my Toshiba
Summary: 4 Stars

I lost the remote for my Toshiba DVD player, which makes it pretty much useless. I was looking for something low cost and I reviewed a couple of these universal remotes. This Sony had a pretty good rating so I chose it.

I'd had it only a few weeks so I can't speak to durability. On my DVD player it performs all the functions except 'zoom'. The programming was not very easy. None of the codes on the enclosed instructions worked for either the Toshiba DVD or my Motorola cable box. I used the 'search' feature to find the proper codes. The cable box part controls very few options, but I didn't need it for that.

This is a large remote like an older model Dish controller. It will be hard to lose this one.
