You wont get full HDMI (video AND audio) routing, and 7.1, anywhere else near this price range. Plenty of features here...
Dont listen to people nay saying the audio quality. They are either pros or they have buyers remorse that they payed more. I have had both Onkyo and Yahmaha receivers in the past, and I can say that unless you are a TRUE audiophile, you will be very happy with this receiver. It sounds great paired up with some quality speakers.
If you have: a 42" 1080P tv, a decent speaker set up, an xbox/blu ray player or ps3...just save your money and dont look back. You will be happy.

The microphone provided with the setup procedure worked great; the system was rocking within 30 minutes. This receiver replaced my 12 year old Harmon Kardon and the newer technology was easy to use. The HDMI connections simplified my DVR/Satellite equipment integration and the sound is more than enough for the average listener.
My system is stereo with a subwoofer and this is a great product for the money.

As with many reviews of this product it is excellent! Very easy straight forward setup, simple controls and fantastic sound. I shopped around for best price for specs and compared to other manufacturers line item by line item. This is definitely the best product in the 7.1 channel market and will not disappoint any buyer...especially at the entry level price range.
