I use these portable recorders to tape and listen to tapes while I walk so I need something small enough to fit two of them into a fanny pack front pocket. This is exactly what I need. It's easy to use and has a good window for seeing how much tape I have left to record or listen to. The only thing I don't like on it is the voice activated switch as I'm afraid it will get moved and I don't think to check it--I always think the batteries must have gone bad. But this one is in a position that it will be least likely to get moved the wrong way accidentally so that's a plus. Great price also.Digital camera Review: Excellent product

For recording purposes this is a fantastic unit. I am a writer and this is great for transcribing notes. It also comes in handy when I'm driving and need to record my thoughts and ideas. I prefer it to a microcassette recorder because this is an analog unit and analog is a much warmer sound than digital. Super easy to use, too.Digital camera Review: First time college student
