I have owned many pairs of these. They are simply the best, most comfortable headphones for exercising. My only complaint is that the metal on the headphone plug gets corroded over time, and so I have to replace these every year or so. Ok, so if you are like me and can't stand those miserable ipod head phones that come with your ipod, then these sony's are for you. The sound quality is awsome. The best thing about them is that they don't pop out of your ears at random (the way the white ipod ones do, and you know what I'm talking about). The fact that they go over the head makes them perfect for outdoor walks, runs or dog walking. I got 3 sets i liked them so much, and at the cost they are excellent. The sound quality is fantastic and the weight of the headset is really light. Remember your first sony sports walkman in the 80's that came with simillar headphones, well, these are so much lighter and allow for "surround sound like quality". I knew they were a cheap pair of headphones, but they cut out in one ear the first time I used them. Save your money and get a good pair! I liked the style and the over the head, but if they don't work, then it's pointless.
