The polarizer works well, but my first one did not thread on all the way so it fell off and was lost. The second one I bought threads completely on/in. Such small filters ought to be cheaper. It should have threads on the front of the polarizer so you could screw the UV on it, and there is no cap. You have to remove them and replace them each time and you can't use them together. I put the cheaper UV filters on the polarizers on my still cameras (it's cheap protection). Without a cap you will probably scratch them up pretty soon when shoving it in or pulling it out of a bag. It is still a must have for me, but with significant drawbacks.
Same thing for the wide angle lens, no threads and no polarizer available to go on that. Generally good quality stuff from Sony but not particularly impressed with these.
