Satechi, the company that sells the Sound-Fly SD, provided me with some of the best customer service, I have ever received either online or brick and mortar. When I had an issue with the product, they went beyond the call of duty to make it right. I can't say enough good things about their integrity. The product now works as I expected and with any length MP3. I highly recommend this product and the company that sells it!!
