I recently bought this when I purchased my Vizio TV due to some comments about the tv failing after a year. It was very affordable and they contacted me with my warranty info very quick. I have never used it and hopefully never will. Based solely on setup and getting the information too me I highly recommend. Its a very small price to pay for peace of mind
